Disclaimer – Beauty Products
L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA sells products from many of the finest cosmetics. The use and selection of cosmetics from the manufacturer are observed and followed and that Customer is aware of the possibility that some people may have allergic or other reactions to such products.

L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA will endeavor to provide to Customers all required product labeling information; however, L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA is not the manufacturer of the Beauty Products, therefore it is not responsible for any reaction or any failure of a product to satisfy any special use requirements or otherwise meet the needs or expectations of the Customer. Customers are advised to read and strictly follow the label, all packaging inserts and instructions and all manufacturer directions and warnings.

In providing information or advice on this Site with respect to Beauty Products, whether in chat rooms, in product descriptions, or otherwise L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA may rely upon advice from the manufacturers and from licensed beauticians, but Customers seeking advice from this Site shall be responsible for fully informing L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA of any known allergies, special health or skin conditions, or other special circumstances that might be relevant to the beauty counselor providing such advice. Since L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA is not the manufacturer of the products it sells, L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA does not accept any liability for the failure of products it sells to meet any specific needs of a user of the product or for any loss, damage or injury caused by such products. L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA will, upon request, endeavor to identify the manufacturer of the product and provide to the Customer contact information for the manufacturer.

Product Orders
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES LISTED ON THE SITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. The listing, description of, or reference to, a product or service on the Site does not imply that the product or service is presently available or that we endorse that product or service. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, error in pricing information received from a supplier, or any other reason, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such product or service at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Back orders (Out of Stock Items)
Back ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from our manufacturing facilities or suppliers. In some cases, we are researching or waiting for stock information from one or more of our suppliers.

L.A. GIRL MALAYSIA will make every effort to get the item(s) back in stock as soon as possible. If for any reason we determine that a back ordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via email.
