All sales are final and goods sold are not returnable.
Damage Claims & Refund Policy
- For product damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of product, together with a photo of the damaged item. Email us the photo at firstname.lastname@example.org
- No credit card or cash refund. Store credit (only for damage shipment compensation) valid for 3 months upon issuance. Regular store credits for excess payment has no time limit attached.
- Please don't throw away your damaged/defective items. We may ask you to send the damaged/defective items back to us (at our expense), or we'll ask you to dispose of the items appropriately.Please do not discard all the package, bubble wrap, as the courier company may want to claim it back.
- If you receive the wrong product/color please inform us immediately. Please DO NOT break the packaging or use it. Once used or touched, it is considered SOLD. It is our fault to send the wrong product, but as customers, we would appreciate you to cross check the codes before unwrapping the product. We will charge you for the opened product, but waive the courier charges for the correct product/color sent to you.
- Return shipping charges will be borne by us if the return is a result of our error.
- Broken/lost parcels handled by Poslaju Malaysia will only be refunded MAX 50% or RM 50 (whichever lower) of product offered price.
- L.A GIRL MALAYSIA reserves the rights and discretion to determine amount of compensation based on the extend of damage. Exterior packaging damage is not considered for compensation.
- Gift certificates are valid for only one (1) year from date of issuance and non-refundable / exchangeable for cash. Balance unused will be forfeited.

Please do not discard the package, inclusive of all external and internal content that came with the package, which may include consignment note, flyers, bubble wrap, product cover & packaging, product casing, product content, promotional materials / vouchers etc as the courier company may want to claim it back.
